In a distant land lived a happy and successful farming family, The OP-So family. Mother O-So with Father O-So and their three sons, the oldest son Ah O-So, the middle son So O-So and the youngest brother in the family Perfect O-So. Their small farm is in a green meadow at the foot of a snow-covered mountain on the edge of Radish Town.
Each of the O-So brothers was skilled in a different complementary ways. Ah O-so is the fastest weed puller in the entire town. So O-So is the best hoer to come a long in a long time. Perfect O-So is the most accurate bug stomper
their ever was. The three O-So Brothers worked with their father growing the best radishes in the world.
There were long multi-colored finger radishes, round sweet pumpkin radishes and small popcorn radishes. Children liked the apple-sized banana radishes that ripened in the spring. Most adults preferred the bland celery radishes that grew in the summer and had a bland taste to them. The best selling and most in demand was the giant flavorful cooking radishes that were sought after by the finest chefs in the world.
Mother O-So was very proud of her boys. She knew how hard her sons worked to grow and take care of all the different radishes on the farm. Mother O-So took great pride in preparing delicious meals and making sure her boys wore the best of clothes when they would go to the town square. All the neighbors respected the O-So family and they respected Mother O-So for always doing her best for the family.
One early spring morning,
Father O-So had his three sons load his cart with their best radishes. He set
off slowly for the town square to sell his radishes. Pulling the two-wheeled
cart, which was overflowing with radishes, behind him as he left his wife and
sons to tend to the daily farm work. Father O-So glanced back at his family as
he made his way onto the road leading into town.
The O-So brothers saw their
father off and returned to their home to eat breakfast. Mother O-So prepared a
hearty breakfast for her sons before they would start to work.
